Refund policy
We strive to ensure you’re happy with every purchase! However, because our products are custom-made, we have the following return and refund policies:
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, we will replace or refund the item. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product, including photos of the damage or defect. We’ll be happy to assist you and ship out a replacement at no extra cost.
Shipping Issues
If an order is returned due to a shipping error (such as an incorrect address), we will reship the product at no additional cost. Be sure to double-check your address when placing an order to avoid delivery issues.
Returns for Wrong Size or Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for items ordered in the wrong size or for change of mind (buyer’s remorse), as all products are made to order. To avoid size-related issues, please refer to the size guide provided for each product before ordering.
Order Not Received
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
