Shipping policy

We aim to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Below is our shipping policy that applies to all orders within the United States.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

All products are made to order through our partner, Printful. Please allow 2-7 business days for order fulfillment before your items are shipped. This time is necessary for custom-printing your products.

Shipping Times

Once fulfilled, orders are shipped within the following timeframes:

  • Domestic (U.S.) orders: 3-7 business days

Please note that these shipping times are estimates and may be affected by unforeseen delays such as carrier issues or high order volumes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order. You will be able to review the final shipping cost before completing your purchase.

Tracking

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your shipment.

Wrong Address

It is important to provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned due to an invalid address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your expense​

Lost or Damaged Items

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners and Printful to resolve the issue and offer a replacement if necessary​
